职位描述：
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supplier Quality Management:
- Co-work with in-process quality engineer and ME to investigate the failure of assembly process relevant to supplier quality
- Supplier audit planning and implementation
- Supplier IQC,In-Process Quality and Out-going Quality is fit for BOS Quality Standard
- Synchronize BOS incoming quality check criteria and method with supplier out-going quality check criteria and method
- Support Customer Quality Engineer to investigate the root cause of supplier issue and quick response to customer
- Supplier performance monitoring and ranking
- Supplier Quality Performance Improvement continuously

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Automotive or Engineering is preferred.
- Above 8 years working experiences and minimum of 5 years in quality area as expert role
- Proficient in written and oral English, and German is plus
- Expertize on AIAG Manuals(FMEA,SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP)
- Familiar with 8D reporting methodology
- Ability to cooperate with people of different levels inside/ outside the company and to interact with team to reach team goals and business objectives
- Familiar with commodity of plastic, stamping & extrusion 举报 分享
