Your Profile:
? Bachelor’s degree in information technology, electrical or mechanical engineering or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
? Must have both outstanding verbal and written German and English communications skills
? Experience within first level help desk support role
? PC Hardware, peripheral, mobile devices, printer, networking and support experience
? Configuration and maintenance of client, server and network devices, and experience with domain administration
? Knowledge in Microsoft Active Directory, client (Windows 7/10) and Server (2012/1016) Products(Certification as MCSE/MCSA/MCITP Preferred)
? Experience in using and supporting the Microsoft Office suite of tools

Your Function:
? Provide technical support for our business IT infrastructure in China, including client devices, networks, servers, mobility and client solutions (e.g. standards, best practices, security, life cycle planning, road maps, R&D, etc. )
? Collaborate and innovate with customers and virtual team members to develop IT architectures, develop best pratices, and business continuity strategies including: device spares, refresh strategy, high availability design, and disaster recovery solutions
? Develop customer relationships and end user satisfaction, demonstrate proficient communication skills (written and verbal), and collaborate with others to achieve succrssful results
? 1st and 2nd Level Support our internal and External Customers
? This role will be part of the site(s) support for after-hours/on-call rotation, and local help desk
? Provides weekend emergency coverage when needed
