2. Ensures receipt of user requests and helps to resolve incidents (1st level)

- Ensures receipt and recording of user requests: repairs and assistance
确保收到并记录用户请求：维修与帮助
- performs diagnosis of breakdowns and takes care of 1st level repairs
进行故障诊断，并采取1级保护维修
- Transfers requests for repairs to technicians and administrators capable of answering
向技术人员或者有能力回答的管理者传达维修请求
- Carries out collection of needs for improvement (in particular technical)

3. Ensures installation, deployment and effective operating of computing equipment

(material and software) for users, in compliance with current company procedures

- Installs user equipment and updates ( micro material, programmes)

- Ensures follow-up of micro material and software stock ; inventory, management of updates, management of maintenance equipment stock

- Assists and advises users permanently

4. Participates in preventive and curative maintenance of network equipment and local servers

-Ensures preventive and curative operations ( 1st level) of network equipment and servers( notably for back-ups)

-Participates in the follow-up of inventories of local computing equipment

-Analyzes causes and decides on appropriate methods and means to carry out their tasks.

- Handle users’ IT requests via both telephone and e-mail,

- Collaborate with global teams to execute appointed projects

-To be responsible for the tasks assigned by the supervisor, the task of the IT project, the implementation, follow-up and summary of the work plan.

- Responsible for the operating system (e.g. SAP, etc.)
负责公司应用系统的操作（如SAP等）；
- Responsible for the relevant work to complete the IT management process (e.g. IT asset information management, mail application, etc.)

-Responsible for the export of some reports. as well as the maintenance of the public facilities in the plant.

- Be responsible for technical communication with other plant IT.

？ Job Requirements:：
？ 职位需求：
- Bachelor degree or above in the field of computer science, information science or management information systems
- 计算机科学，信息科学或管理信息系统领域专业，本科及以上学历
- Min 3 years’ working experience of IT equipment/network/server, experience in multi-national company is preferred。
3年以上IT设备/网络/服务器工作经验者优先考虑跨国公司的经验。
- Extensive knowledge of network and Microsoft PC operating systems and server system
广泛的网络和Microsoft PC操作系统和服务器系统的知识
- Good analytical skill
良好的分析能力
- Good command of oral and written English
良好的口头和书面英语能力
- Good communication Skill
良好的沟通技巧
- Results oriented, stress resistant, presentable

-Experience with SAP is preferred;

-Experience in factory is preferred.
