职位描述：
1. Responsible for correct setting of the norms applying to spare parts and material on stock at the technical department, for making the most out of any unscheduled production line downtimes due to failures.
负责制定备品备件及技术部门材料需求计划，降低产线停机时间。
2. Responsible for maintenance plan making, organise ande arrange maintenance staff for related work assignments and keep good record.
根据制定的维护计划，组织和安排维护人员根据计划做好相应工作并做好相关记录。
3. 对生产设备准备制定维护计划，包括日常点检维护，月度维护及年度维护计划。
Make production related maintenance plan including daily check, monthly maintenance and annual maintenance plan.
4. Make vital equipment list, and ensure maintenance work effective
制定关键设备清单，并做好维护计划及维护工作落实
5. Troubleshoot production issues timely, decrease down time
及时解决产线出现的故障问题，减少停机时间
6. Management of spare parts and maintenance warehouse, ensure the safety stock level
维护设备备品备件仓库管理，确保备件安全库存
7. Keep good control of the consumption for spare parts within buget range
控制维护部门备件消耗成本，控制在预算范围内
8. Ensure the manning management, and staff apprasial work
做好维护部门人员工作分配及管理，做好人员考核等工作
9. Report direct chief process of the job and other reports timely
及时向上级领导汇报工作进度以及各项汇报工作
10. Complete direct chief’s all assignments
及时完成上级领导安排的各项工作，不推脱，不怠慢
11. Coordinate and effective communication with other departments to ensure the performance of production equipments.
做好各部门间的协调工作
12. Keep good communication and coordination with support technicians
做好和欧洲相关人员的技术沟通和配合工作
13. Make periodical training plan for maintenance department
制定周期性培训计划
14. Any additional responsibility deemed necessary by management.

1. Good knowledge and 5 years working experience of engineering and mechanical, have 3 years managerial experience in maintenance function.良好的工程和维修方面的知识和5年以上相关工作经验，或者有公司维护团队3年以上的维护岗位管理经验
2. College and above with mechanical engineering major. 本科以上机械一体化或工程专业以上学历。
3. Experience in PLC, Mechanical, Electrical. 有PLC，机械，电气等相关维护经验。
4. Good English skills. 良好的英语沟通能力。
5. Good computer skills. 有良好的电脑操作能力。
6. Team work and good leadership 有团队精神和良好的领导能力。
