职位描述：
1、Process standardization and improvement，material analysis工艺标准化和改进及材料分析
（1）Facility analysis ability设备能力分析
（2）Cycle time improvement（capacity analysis for every project）节拍时间分析- 每个项目
（3）Process parameter test and verification，improve the parameter for production line ,improve the efficiency and quality of the production line.工艺参数试验和论证 ,改善生产线的技术参数提升生产线的效率和质量
（4）Understand the process of your own area ,and fully understand the parameter of the process.了解自己负责区域的工艺，并完全了解相关的工艺参数。
（5）Fixture and auxiliary material localization ，and fixture and auxiliary life and quality management 工装和辅料的本地化,管理工装和辅料的寿命和数量
（6）PIP project implement in production team and cost control for each process areaPIP 项目的实施和跟踪，以及各个区域的成本控制。
（7）Material incoming inspection and elementary hardness analysis etc.材料的进货检验和元素及硬度的分析等
（8）Wire fraction analysis线材断裂的分析
（9）Wire regular quality analysis线材常规的质量分析
2、Process document edition and revision工艺文件编写
（1）Edit and revise the working instruction ，create the procedure in production team. According to the TS16946 /VAD 6.3/ TS14000起草和修改工作指南,创建流程根据TS 16949、VDA6.3、TS14000
（2）update the PFMEA and control plan ，and review and update PFMEA with other department更新PFMEA 和控制计划，回顾和更新PFMEA与其他部门
3、Problem solving 问题解决
（1）Spc analysis ability过程偏差的统计分析
（2）Action plan for quality issues what happened in production line从工艺角度针对质量过程偏差提出改进计划
（3）Summarize the Lesson learn推进和执行部门内部经验学习项目
4、Training 技术培训
（1）Training plan for new project and current production line承担部门内外生产工艺培训任务
5、Cooperation and coodination合作与协调：
（1）Organization the process meeting and announce the process changing and engineering changing and project status in the production team组织工艺会议，并传达工艺改进和工程变更和项目状态再生产团队中
（2）Cooperate the quality and project and engineering team to finish the customer audit/project follow up 配合质量、项目、工程完成客户审核、项目跟踪。 举报 分享
