职位描述：
1． 负责质量部日常运行（协助质量经理管理各工程师、质检员和售服人员），处理日常问题，贯彻质量部的相关决策，向质量经理汇报各种情况；
2． 负责监督IATF16949、ISO14001及CCC体系，并确保其实施和保持；
3． 负责评估质量部及相关部门执行质量体系的水平和问题，并启动质量体系控制计划并跟踪和监督其执行情况；
4． 识别质量体系相关过程，并运用SPC工具分析并评估各过程的能力及启动其改进计划；
5． 负责计划、监控和汇报质量成本管理工作；
6． 负责建立及改进质量系统数据分析及报表体系；
7． 负责设置质量部的目标和质量计划，及绩效考核；
8. 收集质量部运行数据并向质量经理汇报；
9. 负责研究质量体系相关理论，培训质量部和相关部门的人员，并制定计划和监督执行质量体系理论的贯彻；
10. 负责协助公司项目团队完成新项目Q-offer的编写；
11. 负责IPQ系统日常维护；
12. 完成质量经理交代的工作。

1. Responsible to charge the daily running of Quality Department (assist quality manager to manage all of engineers, inspectors, service staff), deal with the daily issues, execute decisions & regulations of quality department, and report the information to manager;
2. Responsible for organize & lead the building & keeping the system of TS 16949, ISO 14001, CCC Certification;
3. Responsible for estimate performance & level of Quality Methodology system of Quality department & all related departments, and responsible for launch, trace & monitor the Control Plan of Quality Management System;
4. Identify all of QMS-related processes, and estimate & analyze the capacity of every process by SPC, and launch the continue improvement plan of them;
5. Responsible for planning, monitoring, reporting the Quality Cost Management;
6. Responsible to build & improve the system of quality system data analyzing & reporting;
7. Responsible to setup targets/ Quality Plan & evaluate the performance of Quality department;
8. Collect the running information of Quality department and report to Quality manager;
9. Responsible to search the theory & methodology of Quality Management System, and organize the training all related staff, and plan, monitor & implement the execution of Quality Management System;
10. Support team to complete new project Q-offer;
11. Responsible for IPQ system mainte***ce;
12. Complete all tasks distributed by quality manager;
任职资格：
1. 汽车或相关专业毕业，学士学位或以上，两年以上制造业质量管理或相关方面工作经历，跨国企业更优；
2. 良好的中英文口语及书面表达能力；
3. 良好的人际交往能力和电脑操作技能；
4. 性格开朗；
5. 良好的谈判能力并具有团队管理力度。

1. Automobile or related major, bachelor degree or above.Two years or more work experience, in quality management in same function in manufacture, preferably working experience in international operating companies;
2. Good English command in both writing and speaking;
3. Good interpersonal skills and PC skills;
4. Open-mindedness in dealing with others.Good interpersonal, negotiation skills and acting as a powerful team player. 举报 分享
