Description:
Responsible for an account (client, client entity or group of small clients). Monitors and coaches the Project Managers working on this account. Provides project management for large, complex and/or global projects and may lead a team on a specific project.
Skills/Experience:
Knowledge of localization processes and/or software development life cycle, quality assurance practices, principles and methodologies; Excellent skills in drafting and communicating project documents in a clear and concise manner; Proven negotiation skills in dealing with delicate aspects of small/medium sized project proposals; Possess leadership, time management, and organizational skills; Strong competence with the various tools, procedures, programming languages use to accomplish job.
Education:
University and/or higher degree in applicable field; certification preferred

2. 优秀的英文听说读写和中文沟通能力；
3. 协调能力强，能够合理安排并发任务的时间；
4. 至少三年的本地化多语项目管理经验；
