职位描述：
1、负责车间的安全生产，执行相关政策和制度；
2、对车间产品的质量负责；
3、负责车间的日常管理工作及部门员工的管理、指导、培训；
4、负责生产计划落实；
5、完成车间每月生产任务，并做好每月生产报表及各项统计；
6、对所负责员工进行日常管理并负责对其进行考核；
7、负责车间设备保养规范使用和现场管理；
8、负责出厂产品的工序质量控制工作。
任职资格：
1、5年以上相关工作经验；有轻工业生产管理经验；
2、熟悉生产企业管理流程，熟悉工厂型企业流程；
3、分析能力强，责任心强，为人正直，吃苦耐劳。 举报 分享
