1、熟悉翻译行业/本地化行业的销售流程，具有本行业的相关销售经验，拥有在此行业中丰富的人脉关系、个人销售业绩突出，能够按时完成销售目标；
2、具有翻译行业的相关背景，能够寻求多种渠道挖掘客户，独立开拓翻译业务，并且搜集大量的具有翻译需求的有效客户信息；
3、较强地商务谈判、人际沟通能力，建立并维护良好的客户关系；
4、熟练使用 OFFICE 等办公软件，优秀的英语听说读写能力，特别是文笔和口语能力；
5、具有团队精神、诚信，对工作认真负责；
6、计算机或外语专业本科以上学历；
7、有良好的社会资源与客户资源者优先；
8、简历中最好有照片。
