职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITY 主要职责 ：

1. 在SAP 中创建报价单号
Creation of Quotation numbers in SAP
2. 在SAP 中创建项目
Creation of Projects in SAP
3. 支持项目经理准备陈述、会议记录、文件等等
Support for the managers in order to prepare presentations, meeting minutes, documents, etc.
4. 各种翻译工作
Different translation jobs
5. 支持以及准备现场活动（例如：集装箱预定，工作设备等）
Support and preparations for the onsite activities (e.g. container booking, work equipment etc.)
6. 报价及合同文件管理
Quotation & Contract File Management
7. 确定项目付款时间截点计划
            Make Project payment milestone plan
8. 支持项目经理管理应收帐款
Support Project Manager to manage account receivable
9. SAP SD模块的业务（创建客户/报价/销售订单/计费方案/SAP系统发票等）
SAP SD Module operation (create customer/quotation/sales order/ billing plan/ issue invoice and so on)
10. 制作项目招标文件
Making project bidding documents
11. 统计项目工时
Project working hour collection
12. 协助组员报销
Assisting team members reimbursement
13. 协助项目出口及资金流转
Assisting project export and money transfer.
14. 递交材料
Deliver documents
15. 协助外籍员工及德国客人办理需要中文支持的业务
Assisting expats and German visitors with Chinese authorities
16. 行程预定及行政安排
Arrange bookings for German visitors as well as for local colleagues
17. 其它合理的工作安排
      Other reasonable work Arrangement

Qualifications:

1) 英语口语及书写熟练
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English mandatory
2) 德语日常交流优先
Basic German for daily communication is preferred
3) 较好的组织能力,工作沉稳可靠
Good organizational skills, Accurate working style, Reliable
4) 团队合作精神
Team player
5) 熟悉微软办公软件(尤其是PPT, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent MS Office knowledge (especially MS Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook)
6) 良好的沟通交流能力以及逻辑思维，以及积极肯干
Good communication skills and good sense of logical thinking，can do attitude.
7) 会使用SAP优先考虑
