职位描述：
- 了解客户需求，提供合理的招聘及培训解决方案 ，完成新客户开发和业绩目标

- 在主管辅导下，持续挖掘已经建立合作关键客户的培训需求，并将潜力客户发展为大客户

- 做好招聘及培训项目的管理（项目规划、方案呈现、协调和控制、合同预算、成本核算、项目回款）

- 主动了解和熟悉内部流程并做好内外部资源的协调

- 定期更新并提交各类销售报表，完成直属领导下达的各项工作任务


任职要求：

- 大专及以上学历，具备一定的招投标经验

- 有二年以上企业客户销售经验，有大中型客户开发、维护管理经验或培训管理经验

- 具备良好的人际交往能力和沟通协调能力，善于与客户内部的多层级和职能人员建立和拓展关系

- 有一定的组织协调能力，能够有效地协调资源为客户服务，擅于团队合作及配合

- 形象举止专业，易于让客户产生信赖感

- 有大公司销售岗位或同行业背景大客户管理经验者优先 举报 分享
