职位描述：
Main tasks:
主要任务：
1. Preparing supplier base for Maflow Group in China and in neighbor countries;
为玛弗罗集团在中国及其邻近国家开发供应商渠道；
2.Starting and implementing cost reduction projects;
执行成本项目；
3.Defining general purchasing conditions with suppliers;
与供应商定义一般性的采购条件；
4.Auditing suppliers;
供应商审计；
5.Continuous improvement of purchasing methods;
持续改进采购方法；
6.Searching for new suppliers, products, solutions (also related to cost saving);
寻找新的供应商、商品和解决方案（与节约成本有关的）；
7.Check offer evaluation sheets, and purchase orders in MACD;
审核玛弗罗大连工厂的报价评估表和采购订单；
8.Exchanging information and coordinating purchasing projects with Global Purchasing Department, and also other local departments;
与全球采购部门和当地其他部门进行信息交流、协调采购项目；
9. Constant cooperation with suppliers;
经常与供应商合作；
10. Leading purchasing negotiations;
主导采购谈判；
11. Supervision over agreements, purchase orders, contracts preparation;
监督协议、采购订单和准备合同的全过程；
12. Preparing analyses and statistics;
准备分析和统计；
13. Cooperation with R&D, Technical Dept. and Industrialization engineers in scope of new projects implementation;
在新项目履行的范围内，与研发、技术部门和工业化工程师协作；
14. Supervision over purchase orders of prototype samples of components;
监督零部件的样品采购订单全过程；
15. Tight cooperation with logistics procurement in terms of solving problems with direct production material suppliers;
在与直接生产原料的供应商解决问题方面，与物流采购紧密合作；
16. Executing other tasks assigned by the superior.
完成领导安排的其它工作。

Required competences:
能力需求：

Education: College and above education level, mechanical major preferred.
教育背景：大专及以上学历，机械专业优先。
Professional Skill: Sound negotiation abilities; ability of preparing commercial contracts and agreements; knowledge of cost analysis; strong management and leadership qualifications; basic knowledge of commerce, law, financial, and quality rules; knowledge of using SAP system purchasing module; familiarity with QMS and EMS requirement.
专业技能：娴熟的谈判能力；准备商业合同协议的能力；成本分析知识；较强的管理能力、领导力；贸易、法律、财务和质量标准常识；SAP系统采购模块操作知识；熟知质量和环境管理体系要求。
Working Experience: Minimum 4 years work experience on independent position in Purchasing Department.
工作经验：至少4年在采购部门独立工作的经验。
Computer Skill：Good computer skill (Word, Excel).
计算机技能：良好计算机能力（Word, Excel）。
Language Skill: Fluent English (spoken and written).
