职位描述：
Requirements:
1.At least 8 years of IT industry experience
2.At least 5 years operation experience in one of Java, .net,Groovy,K2, SharePoint, Biz Talk, Object C, C/C++, Shell / Python, WeChat, Android, IOS system or platform;
3.Strong communication skills in both written and oral English;
4. Strong ability in documentation.
5.Have ITIL knowledge;
6. With good logical thinking ability and experience on coding;
7.Fast learning for exists system and business
8.With strong learning ability and enthusiasm for learning, like research, the use of new technology;
9.Have strong communication skills, have a good sense of teamwork and cooperation spirit, willing to share;
Skills:
1.Work and think logically with good understanding of the system design and provide technical suggestion to business users.
2.Analyze the impact to existing functions and give reasonable proposal;
3.Leads others by setting priorities and coordinating activities.
Responsibilities:
1.Follow BBA’s IT operation rules and regulations and guide team;
2.Lead and manage the daily operational work assigned to team;
3.Resolve the most complex incidents and problems following defined processes and procedures;
4.Responsible for leading, training and coaching the other team members in fulfilling their tasks;
5.Subject to periodic review of team’s performance against plan and SLAs;
6.Impact extends beyond own area and to other parts of the relevant services;
