职位描述：
1) Ability of understand mechanical and electrical drawing, spec, and schematic;
2) Work with global manufacturing engineers to leverage existing manufacturing process /technology, and spread the use of new innovations and best practices developed around the world;
3) Write and maintain manufacture work instructions;
4) Integrate manufacturing with design engineering functions to improve manufacture and support initiatives/projects to improve quality, cost, fulfillment, and safety;
5) Manufacturing layout/ capability/capacity analysis;
6) BOM analysis and maintain manufacturing related data in the ERP system;

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
1) 4 years technical degree (or equivalent related experience), better major in Mechanics & Electric;
2) ~2 years working experience in a technical/mechanical environment;
3) Fluent English communication skill in oral and writing;
4) Proficient personal computer skills;
5) Ability to create real and positive change in a team environment;
 
DESIRED:
1) Working experience in an assembly activity of large components;
2) Lifting/Handling experience of large components;
3) Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement tools experience;
