Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
主要职责


1.Responsible for product process flow, design layout, time study.
负责制定产品的工艺流程，设计平面布局，进行工时研究。
2.Process documentation including layout, process guidance, work instructions, training and guidance of team leader process operation, timely pointed out and corrected in violation of the technological requirements of the non-standard operations, to ensure that the production process in a controlled state.
编制工艺文件包括平面布局图、过程工艺指导、作业指导书等；培训和指导段长工艺操作，及时指出并纠正违反工艺要求的不规范操作，确保生产过程处于受控状态。
3.In production field data collection, analysis and production process of the weak links, the implementation of continuous improvement to improve production efficiency, reduce the manufacturing cost.
在生产现场收集数据，分析生产过程中的薄弱环节，实施持续改进以提高生产效率、降低制造成本。

4.Design or select tooling, fixture and so on, to ensure that the new equipment or tooling in accordance with safety, ergonomics and quality requirements.
设计或选择工装、夹具等，确保新设备或工装符合安全、人机工程和质量的要求。

5.Responsible for tooling, fixture and other technical requirements.
负责提供工装、夹具等技术要求。

6.Responsible for equipments technology acceptance.
负责设备工艺方面技术验收。

7.Responsible for production safety hidden danger analysis and solutions, improvement of the safety operation rules.
负责生产现场安全隐患的分析及解决，不断改进各岗位安全操作规程。

8.Be responsible for new project technology transfer, including all process documents.
负责新项目工艺方面的交接工作，包括所有工艺文件。
9.Responsible for the production department document management and to ensure the system’s normal operation.
承担生产部门相关体系文件管理责任，确保体系的正常运行
10.Sense of responsibility and team work.
较强的工作责任感和团队合作精神。

Personal /Competency Specification
任职资格


1、University degree and major in mechanical or related.
大学本科及以上学历，机械及相关专业。
2、Over 5 years experience on the same position in the production plant.
5年及以上相关工作经验。
3、With production management experience, layout and control plan.
具备生产管理方面的经验，掌握Layout、CP等工艺文件的编制。
4、Be proficient in using Office software, with the drawing software based on.
熟练运用Office软件，具备绘图软件基础。
5、Good communication and coordinating skills.
具备良好的沟通能力。

6、Production management experience is a plus.

有生产现场管理经验优先。
