1、 管理产品设计概念的开发（3D模型，图纸等）
2、 领导和管理关于所设计产品规格的客户谈判，并根据客户要求定义功能规格
3、 为模具启动和内部释放准备工程文件
4、 准备RFQ并支持采购部门列举零件
5、 主导产品和部件的工程变更
6、 在开发过程中解决产品尺寸和匹配问题
7、 管理与供应商之间关于原材料 /部件/样品等技术交流
8、 通过模拟和验证来协调所有需要的工程活动
9、 管理检查夹具规格

职位需求：
1、 工程领域的大学学位或同等教育
2、 3年以上内饰设计和产品开发经验（饰件，尾门模块等）
3、 精通UG，能够使用CATIA
4、 良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神
5、 有通用和宝马的客户经验
6、 工作地点在上海，但可以接受1年居住在美嘉沈阳工厂（2018年）
7、 良好的口语和书面英语。

 Description:
1. Manage the development of the design concept for the products (3D models, drawings, etc.)
2. Lead and manage the customer negotiations regarding the specifications of the products to be designed and define the functional specifications based on the customer requirements
3. Prepare engineering document for tooling kick off and make internal release
4. Prepare RFQ and support purchase department for component nomination
5. Lead engineering change for product and component
6. Lead to solve product dimension and matching issue during development
7. Manage technical communication with suppliers, RM / Component / Prototype, etc
8. Coordinate all required engineering activities with simulation and validation
9. Manage Checking Fixture specification

Job Requirements:
1. University degree or equivalent education in the field of Engineering
2. ≥3 years interior design and product experience (Trims, Tailgate module, etc.)
3. Proficient in UG, able to use CATIA
4. Good communication skill, good team work
5. Experience with GM and BMW will be better
6. Location in Shanghai, but can accept 1 year resident in Mecaplast Shenyang Plant (2018)
