职位描述：
Principle activities
Conduct parameterization and create the respective data sheets taking into consideration specifications regarding the interpretation
Create work instructions (e.g. for production staff, etc.)
Advise on planning, selection and procurement of equipment, taking into account company standards and user-specific requirements
Suggest and develop actions for efficient maintenance and repair, as well as for adaptation of maintenance standards
Assure/arrange for the implementation of accident prevention measures
Plan, prepare, request, create maintenance orders according to guidelines
Manual and mechanical production of complex equipment according to predetermined working documents
Plan the work processes, material procurement and setup activities, and check production documentation for completeness
Install very complex equipment according to guidelines and check it (e.g. mechanically, electrically, etc.) for correct function; adjust and/or rework as required
Install repaired/manufactured equipment and adjust machine controls, correct processing programs, conduct test runs and functional tests, and create appropriate documentation
Determine part requirements, provide parts and request part procurement
Determine causes of defects/shutdowns in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, etc. components; use diagnostic systems as required
Conduct very difficult maintenance and repair tasks on very complex technical equipment (e.g. fixtures, machinery, instruments, etc.)
Conduct the installation and relocation of very complex technical equipment (e.g. tools, machinery, instruments, etc.)
Recognize and eliminate weak areas; develop suggestions for eliminating weak areas
Eliminate/have eliminated very difficult breakdowns (e.g. process descriptions, etc.) in machines and fixtures (e.g. for tool breakage, etc.)
Activities from Technical specialist HRL 12 and additionally (within area of responsibility):
Technical training and orientation of associates
Coordinate associates (e.g. personnel scheduling, etc.) and equipment scheduling
Adjust/reform the machines according to the process changes;
Execute/implement plan and complete the maintenance on time;
Apply Optimain System during machine maintenance;
Implement trainings to the workers in using some kinds of machines if necessary.
Ideas or suggestions on machines repairing and maintenance in order to improve work efficiency;
Obey the department work arrangement and personnel arrangement.
Participate the repairing & maintenance for other machines.
Use the machines and tools in the correct way
Keep the working area clean.
机电自动化或相关专业大专以上学历.
Major in integrate of Mechanical & Electrical Automation or relative,
graduated from college (3 years) or above.
5年以上电气机械/液压，空压，注塑相关工作及维修经验.
At least with 5-year working experience in electrical or relative industry.
具有一定的电气/机械分析能力.
With analysis ability in Mechanical problem.
很强的独立操作能力.
With strong independent operating capability.
具有良好的团队合作能力.
With team work spirit.
具有相关的管理能力
With the leadership ability
简单的英语或德语.
Basic English or German.
计算机基础知识及操作,西门子软硬件系统搭建
Basic computer knowledge and skills, build Siemens hardware and software systems skills.
能够适应倒班工作。
