职位描述：
MISSION使命
Plan and implement annual preventive maintenance program and the daily maintenance / repairing tasks to ensure the smooth running of the lines and plant facilitates. And initiates the upgrading and innovation of the production line and facility.制定和执行年度预防性维护计划以及日常维护维修任务以确保产线设备和工厂设施的正常运行。对产线设备和工厂设施提出并实施改造升级。

RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责
During project stage项目建设期:
Monitor project execution progress, including detail engineering and construction stage;
监控项目进度，包括具体的设备工程和厂区工程的建设。
Review equipment selection and ensure proper equipment design during detail engineering stage;
设备选型和设备设计确认。
Work with construction contractor company to ensure proper quality control of equipment when delivered to construction site by fabricator; 与工程承包商合作确保设备到达现场时的质量控制。
Monitor quality control of facility construction. 监控厂区设施建设的质量管理。

After plant startup投产后:
Leads the plant level maintenance program setup and develop maintenance plan accordingly,
主导建立全厂维护保养计划
Build capability of plant maintenance team and manage performance of the plant maintenance team.
建立全厂维护团队的能力建设和维护团队之绩效管理
Evaluating plant facility improvement opportunities, and implementing improvement projects.
评估工厂设施改进方案并执行改进项目
Have preventive and proactive maintenance concept when developing maintenance program, and coaching whole maintenance team. 建立预防性主动性维护概念，建立维护保养计划并指导维护团队

Skills/Education/Experience:技能/学历/工作经验
- 机械\电气或仪器工程类本科以上学历
- 有3-5年的制造工厂维护经验,汽车行业或钢铁行业尤佳
- 熟悉冲压设备、钢板裁剪设备、激光设备、焊接设备、五金加工设备等机械原理或电气原理
- 电脑熟练，英语优者尤佳 举报 分享
