职位描述：
Plan, coordinate and monitor medium- and short-term production processes, performance, KPIs and production personnel.
Develop production schedules and guarantee a cost effective production.D
Develop and review the investment strategy and machine capacity plan for the manufacturing process.
Plan, coordinate and allocate human and material resources on basis of the production plan.
Initiate and drive continuous improvement activities to increase productivity and efficiency.
Guarantee adherence to production quality standards and a cost efficient production process.
Monitor product and production quality standards to achieve a high quality delivery to the customer.
Cooperate with managers to implement ZF policies and realize ZF goals.
Oversee and guarantee the maintenance of machinery and equipment.
Supervise, motivate and develop the production team.
岗位要求：
Degree in business or technical field with strong technical background
Min. 5 years of professional experience in a production environment
Min. 5 years of supervisory/managerial responsibility
Proven leadership and management skills
Strong organizational and planning abilities
Good communication skills with people of diff. professional level
Profound analytical and problem solving skills
Solid PC skills (MS Office, SAP basics)
