Installation and maintenance of software and devices;
-First and Second level support at the location.
- IT-Material requirements
- Execution and monitoring of projects
-Warranty a normal daily IT-operation
-Support of the central IT
-maintenance ,troubleshooting for hte floolowing programms:
-Cisco telephone system and Cisco videosystem
-Terminal -Server-settings
-Windows 10
-Office 2016
-Windows Server 2012/2016
-Apple IOS devices

Requirements:
-excellent IT Basic education (Study , technician )
-experience as a supporter of an User-Helpdesk or as Administrator in comprehensive area IT-area (Windows Network / Local IT responsible person in a worldwide IT Organization)
-General Knowledge for server- and network operation system Windows Server 2008 R2, Server 2012 R2 and for Microsoft Active Directory Service
-General Knowledge with Outlook 2010/2012
-excellent Knowledge oft he r Desktop operation system, Windows, Windows 7
-General Knowledge of network structures and components (Ethernet, TCP/IP, Hubs, Switches)
-General Knowledge of PC-Hardware and PC-Peripherie devices (printer , scanner, etc.)
-Managing Talent, economy basic knowledge“, SAP knowledge will be a plus
