职位描述：
1.确保过程文件、作业指导书及相关附件表单正确理解和实施。
决定停止任何被识别危险或者对人身财产安全有害的任何活动，及对现在或者将来引发严重事故或者环境事故的活动。
推动SMART及其目标指标的实施。
实施SMART（作业指导书和附件），以符合集团SMART标准。
推动SMART实施，确保SMART在其工厂的成功执行。
针对工厂的各种活动，提出SMART变更改进提议
在有效性和效率方面协助工厂经理测量有效性和效率，以达到目标

2.若客户风险一旦被确认，有权停止发运货或停止生产
参与客户满意度测评
协调客户退货品的分析和改进
协调产品事故问题的改进，并监控相关行动计划的实施
协调期工厂的体系审核、过程审核、产品审核
  在客户的生产单位中担任其代表
确保遵守客户质量要求和目标
  检查供应商绩效，并协助采购制定改进行动计划
制定客户质量要求

3. 长期管理员工及协调下属的工作安排
根据职责权限，制定运行决策
参与新项目开发，确保质量行动计划在工厂的适当实施
向质量领导和工厂经理汇报
协调质量方面的沟通
协调质量评审，保证相关行动计划实施的有效性
确保质量工具和质量方法的正确使用
组织学习公司的经验资本相关资料
管理生产活动

4. 在组织架构设定范围内，管理其团队活动
基其目标活动,以一个一致的方式，准备行动计划和其团队的协调任务在活动目标的基础上，建立行动计划并协调下属员工的工作任务
   提供其工作报告
确保岗位描述按照集团程序更新
   检查和批准团队成员的支出需求（出行等）并授权其缺席/假期
确保其团队保持积极性，并有一个良好的工作氛围
发展团队的技能活动并提出对维持其性能水平所必须个人和/或团体训练培训的行动
进行年度面谈，部署团队的目标指标
监控其活动的性能指标,必要时实施纠正措施并通知其的团队
遵守年度分配预算

Job Description：

Ensure that processes, work instruction sheets and related appendices are correctly understood and properly implemented.

Decide to cease any processes that are identified as being dangerous and detrimental to the safety of persons or to property, and in the event of current or imminent serious incidents or environmental disasters.

1 - Facilitate the implementation of Smart and the associated goals
    
  - Implement Smart at site (instructions and appendices) in line with Group Smart
  - Facilitate implementation of Smart and guarantee its success in his/her unit
  - Propose changes to Smart for the various activities of his/her unit
  - Assist Unit Manager to measure effectiveness and efficiency of processes in obtaining goals
   
2 - Represent the customer in his/her production unit
  - Ensure respect for quality requirements and goals for customers
  - Check performance levels of suppliers for his/her unit and undertake improvement plans in line with purchasing
  - Make decisions on concessions for customer quality requirements
  - Coordinate system, product and process reviews for his/her unit
  - Coordinate processing of production incidents and monitoring of the associated plans of actions
  - Coordinate the analysis and processing of warranty returns
  - Take part in customer satisfaction measurements
  - Use his/her authority to stop shipments and/or halt production if risk has been confirmed for customer.

3 - Manage the industry activities at his/her production unit
  - Organise work to incorporate efforts to capitalise on experience
  - Ensure proper use of Quality tools and methods
  - Coordinate quality reviews in his/her unit and ensure implementation and effectiveness of associated plans of action
  - Coordinate communications concerning quality in his/her unit
  - Report to Quality Leader and Unit Manager in management chain
  - Participate in development of new projects while ensuring that quality actions are properly completed in the plant
  - Make all operational decisions in his/her field and according to his/her scope of responsibilities
  - Permanently manage employees and coordinate their missions

4 –Manage his/her team within the organizational set-up
    
  - Based on the objectives of his/her activity, establish plans of actions and coordinate missions of his/her staff in coherent manner
  - Respect the annual allocated operating budget
  - Monitor performance indicators for his/her activity and implement corrective actions if required and inform his/her teams of them
  - Carry out the annual appraisal interviews and lay down the objectives of his/her team
  - Develop the team's skills for the activity and propose individual and/or group training actions that are necessary to maintain performance levels of activities
  -Ensure that his/her teams remain motivated and that there is a positive working environment
  -Check and approve team members' expense claims (travel, etc.) and authorizations for absence/vacations
  -Ensure that job descriptions are updated according to group procedures
  -Provide reports of his/her activity

Quality tools：
Knowledge of systems baselines (ISO TS, etc.)
Basic knowledge of injection activities
Knowledge of the particular industrial requirements and needs of the automotive industry

Education：Baccalaureate
