职位描述：
?CMM measuring technician responsible for all CMM measurements, including product and fixtures, also monitor and analysis the measuring result.
?Perform measurement operation according to measuring plan from team leader.
?Implement routine checks for measurement and related equipment, and secure equipment is in good condition.
?Adjust CMM fixture according to specification and fix problem of CMM fixture.
?Record and analysis the measuring result.
?Test and debug new measurement programs.
?Create measuring CAD models.
?Assembly equipment verification and measurement.
?Feedback and report issues of measurement in time.
?Support geometry documentation and 5S management.

岗位要求：
?1 years of experience in quality assurance within automotive industry
?University or college degree in engineering
?Fluent in verbal and written English
?MS Office required, SAP desired
?Quality management requirements according to ISO/TS 16949
?Product and process audit according to VDA 6.3/6.5
?CMM measurement experience is preferred.
?Be familiar with CAD drawing
?Automotive core tools (FMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA)
?Be able to use all ordinary gauges expertly and have the ability to design some special gauge to measure specific dimension. 举报 分享
