职位描述：
Introduce new product to a line and help problem solve and trouble shoot
Inspection and planning of machine capacity to ensure SMT line able to carry-out stable performance
Calculation and measuring working time and evaluation / improvement of Cpk value
Able to carry-out process validation activities
Support implementation of traceability within the electronics production
Acceptance of working tools, production equipment and production related resources base on specifications
Working as team member in new subproject base on specification and project assigned working packages
Using tools such as FMEA, problem solving methods (Ishikawa, 5W), …

岗位要求：
Associate’s degree in Electronics-, Mechanical- or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
Prior experience at least 2 years in production (PCB asseembly is plus)
Knowledge of soldering methods
Must be self-motivated and team player
Good planning and organization/work management skills
Knowledge of ISO-9000, 16949
PCB, PCBA or SMT experience a plus
Travel may be required to meet the reuqirement for new project
