Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
主要职责

1、负责相应产品组的质量控制；
Responsible for quality control of product group.
2、分析不合格品的原因，并解决长期和突发的典型产品质量问题；
Analysis the NC root cause and solve the long-term and typical problem
3、指导和培训质检员进行正确的检验操作并进行持续改善
Guiding and training inspectors with right working way and doing Kaizen
4、更新、优化和完善检验指导书和检验规范，以降低质量风险；
Update ,optimize and complete the inspection instruction and specification to reduce the quality risk
5、组织产品审核和必要时的第三方测试。
Organizing the product audit and 3rd party test while necessary
6、积极参与客户抱怨的分析、处理和改进行动的实施。
Take responsible for customer complaint analysis\handling and corrective action implement

Personal /Competency Specification
任职资格

1、大学本科学历

University degree
2、制造行业质量管理或控制三年以上工作经验
Over three years experience on the quality control.
3、熟悉质量体系及质量管理的工具；
Familiar with quality system and quality management tools
4、良好的组织能力；

Good organizing ability
5、良好的沟通协调能力；

Good communication and coordinating skills
6、良好的学习能力及自我激励能力；

Good learning skill and self motivation.
7、良好的英语书写与口语。
Good at English written and spoken
