Main aim of Job:
Co-operate with internal and external partner during machine design discussion, installation and modification.
Ensure normal productivity and high qualititied running of machines by efficient maintenance of machines at minmized maintenance cost.
Promoting preventive maintenance activity and reduce breakdown maintenance times, avoiding emergency repairing.
Define spare part list and stock management.
Quickly troubleshooting
Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
1.Master AUTO CAD soft ware
2.Experience for mechanicial design, machining process
3.Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical components and devices.
4.Knowledge of computer controlled machines and PLC controlled machines.
5.Self learning ability, making decision ability, root cause analyzing ability.
6.Ability to solve comples problem under pressure.
7.Machine weakness improving knowledge.
8.Spare part inventory controll knowledge.
9.Support and guide maintenance technician ability.
10.Team cooperation skill.
Formal education / Course of study:
Bachelor degree in mechatronics,mechanical design,machine manufacturing, mechanical engineering course.
