职位描述：

Main tasks :

1.Independently deal with customs clearance covering all in bound and out bound shipment and related affairs. (Include related clearance documentation preparing, filing etc.)
2.Fully in charge of bonded material management (if needed) and annual verification activities required by China Customs. (Such as: Customs Database Maintained, E-logbook updating and etc.)
3.Close work with service providers: customs broker, freight forwarder and local transportation company, and ensure sound and smooth routine operations
4.Timely update the daily and/or monthly statistical report. Such as: In/Out bound Report, Freight Report and etc
5.Well respond the RFQ from cross function and inter-company
6.Build harmonize working relationship with inner company peers and external parties, such as: China Customs, CIQ, service provider and etc.
7.Raise Material releases from MRP system ensuring timely deliveries with production planning requirements.
8.Determine required inventory level to ensure continuous flow and mitigate shortage risks
9.Expedite/ reschedule Materials releases to meet production planning requirements.
10.Interact with production plan to understand demand planning
11.Use and maintain MRP data as the primary planning system tool
12.Support New Project Introduction by securing materials availability
13.Coordinate Phase out and Engineering Change Request to minimize obsolete
14.Ensure active Supplier relationship Management and proactively communicate S&OP outlooks

Personal /Competency Specification

1.Education background:College to Bachelor Degree in international business, supply chain or other related functions
2.Experience, skill and ability:3 years’ experience within a manufacturing or Logistics Environment
3.Language requirement:Good English both in oral and written
4.Special Requirements:Computer/ Information system proficiency and MRP expertise is a must as well as professional(Automotive experience is a serious plus)
5.Other:Good communication skills and Self-Assertive
