职位描述：
工作职责：
1 负责月结会计指标分析、实际与预算差异分析桥的准备；
2 负责季度预测的更新；
3 负责协调不同的职能部门进行资料的归集、完成预算的编制及分析；
4 协调内审事项；
5 配合外部相关审计工作；
6 董事会资料的归集；
7 部门实际费用与预算差异的分析与追踪。
任职资格：
1 大学本科以上学历，财务会计专业，海归背景优先考虑；
2 至少一年以上会计财务分析经验；
3 英语6级以上，听说读写流利；
4 熟练操作MS Excel 等办公软件，熟悉MRP财务软件。
Responsibility:
1 Responsible for Month End Closing Flash Report preparation and Bridge analysis;
2 Mid month forecast updating;
3 Leading March forecast and Profit Plan preparation, coordinate function departments for the materials collection and complete the forecast and analysis timely;
4 Support internal audit issue;
5 Coordinate statutory auditing;
6 BOD Meeting materials collection;
7 Tracking and analyze actual expenses vs budget by department.
Qualification:
1 Colleague graduation and major in finance or accounting, overseas education background preferred;
2 At least one year financial analysis experience;
3 CET 6 band above with fluent English.

Shenyang Jinbei Johnson Controls Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. (SJJ) is a Sino-American joint venture co-invested by Jinbei Automotive Co., Ltd. and Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI) in 2000. The company employs more than 1500 employees currently, and mainly supplies auto seating (for Brilliance Jinbei’s Minibus Hiace, GRACE MPV ， Brilliance Zhonghua Series and SG Automobile Group’s landscape ), door panel, instrument panel and other interiors(for BMW 3 & 5 Series), and truck seating (for JINBEI truck) .
