职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:
- Plan resources and activities required for the completion of production plan, including direct materials, indirect materials & services in order to support manufacturing needs
- Interface with Production and External Suppliers in order to schedule the delivery of Raw Material Support Production on quality and testing issue
- Responsible for writing quality/testing plan, inspection instruction
- Responsible for dealing with quality issue including root cause analyzing, solving action and improvement action tracking
- Responsible for product testing arrangement based on production requirement; Write testing report
- Responsible for troubleshooting within in limited time when test equipment shut down
- Responsible for training inspector or technician to improve skill

Qualifications Required:
- 2+ year experience, Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic/Electrical or related field
- Or 4+year experience, College degree in Electronic/Electrical or related field
- Experiences in product quality and testing
- Familiar with Electrical circuit diagram
- Familiar with UL/CCC standards
- Good in written and oral English
- Excellent communication skill
