职位描述：
Role/Responsibilities:
? leads new application development projects through complete project lifecycles
? Interacts with business users to gather and validate requirements and develop detailed specifications and designs
? Proactively manage project status, issues and problems and communicate to senior leaders on a regular basis
? Coordinate and monitor development efforts for all projects
? Works with the business team to create and execute test scripts, conduct defect reviews and define remediation requirements
? Drive operational excellence through change management processes
? Determine and implement alternative approaches and optimal solutions to business issues
? Develop integration and deployment strategies for business technology solution
? Ensure solutions and deliverables are 100% compliant with controllership and audit standards
? Assess all projects after completion for positive and negative factors, develop improvement plans to implement on future projects
? build expertise in business processes and technology platforms of the business application suites
 
Qualifications Required:
? Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent relevant certifications
? 3-years’ experience with systems implementations and/or IT project execution (Oracle ERP R12 prefer)
? 3-years’ experience managing cross-functional projects with various stakeholders (internal and external)
? Project management experience in a technical environment, familiarity with structured project management methodologies (i.e. PMM)
? Strong planning, time management, leadership skills, business acumen
? Effective communication skill in both English and Mandarin
? Ability to comprehend and effectively deal with cultural differences
? Must be self-motivating, self-directed and be able to work under pressure and in fast paced team environment
? Ability to influence at all levels of team and larger matrixes organization 举报 分享
