职位Job Title: PROJECT MANAGER

主要职责Key Responsibility (Job Purpose):
(Describe the key responsibilities of this position. Indicate end results not duties or activities. These key responsibilities should form the basis of the personal incumbent objectives.)

*Leading of customer projects in cooperation with the other departments to achieve the assigned target in terms of schedule, costs and quality
*Project Management during project phase and change management in serial production
*Leading of project meetings and technical meetings with customers
*Coordination between customers (Automotive industry) and internal departments relevant for product development.
*Protection of project and customer interests’ (keyword: advocate of customer in the meaning of ISO/TS 16949)
*Technical, target date and cost related key responsibility over the whole Project
{(deviations (date, costs, effort) to the assigned offer status will be approved from the line organization}
*Securing of quality and cost awareness in the project core team
*To create basic condition for motivate employees
*Interaction with International Project Management Teams (mostly Germany)
*Immediate information to “Head of Project- & Integration Management” if project targets get in danger (1st Escalation level)
*Identification, documentation and reporting of customer satisfaction (e.g. as part of milestone reviews)
*Ensuring a functioning project team
*Securing experience / continuous improvement
专业职能Technical Tasks:
(Concentrate on the main task and give an approximate percentage of the yearly effort)
*Formulation of the internal project order with project core team
*Presentation of the project organization adequate for the scope of project (including sub-projects) with the project core team members
*Ensuring the know-how transfer from the pre-project phase to the project team
*Rough and detailed planning of the project with the project team (service, date, personnel resources, physical resources, costs, environmental relations, etc.)
*Project controlling (date, costs, service (processing/implementation of work packages), time sheets, etc.)
*Documentation of the project progress and interim results
*Traceable update of the project management documentation (project order, project plans etc.)
*Guidance and co-ordination of the project core team
*Internal project-related communication (e.g. regular team meetings, accessible project documentation)
*Crisis and risk management (identification of potential risks/planning of respective measures)
*Ensuring the transmission of experiences already gained
*Recognizing the need for professional staff development and qualification (information to the line management)
*If necessary, inducing the proposal preparation for additional services as per customer's request, as well as inducing the calculation after fulfillment/execution of the order
*Traceable documentation of planning and results

*Request of coaching support with the project client
*Convening special meetings
*Inward and outward representation of the project
*Delegation of tasks/work packages
*Cost decisions in the context of the project (NOTE: pay attention to conformity with signature regulation)

Job Specification
1 专业要求Functional Qualifications:

*Basic/good knowledge of metal forming and automotive industry
*MS Office skills
*Management skills (self-confidence, endurance, ability to cope with pressure, decisiveness, self-initiative, communication skills, assertiveness, ability for conflict resolution, negotiation skills, customer orientation, team orientation, cooperation skills, cost awareness etc.)
*Basic knowledge on methods (e.g. planning/decision techniques, work techniques, presentation techniques, quality techniques (e.g. FMEA, MSA, SPC), presentation technology, project controlling, etc.)
*In case of customer projects: Basic knowledge regarding the Quality-Standards (ISO/TS16949, APQP / VDA 4.3, PPAP / VDA 2)
*Basic knowledge of project management-specific tools (CA-Project, MS-Project, Outlook, etc.)
*Conceptual and organizational abilities (can think on a larger scale, can recognize necessity of organizational measures, etc.)
*Specialized knowledge (according to project requirements)

2教育程度及专业Education:
*university degree [Master or Bachelor] (mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, metal engineering or similar preferred)

3 专业经验Professional Experience:
有3-5年工作经验 3 - 5 years working experience
有外企工作经验者优先 Experience in foreign company is preferred
有制造业工作经验优先 Experience in manufacturing is preferred
有汽车行业工作经验优先 Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
有管理经验优先 Management experience is preferred
英语熟练 Proficiency in English
