任职资格和要求 Qualifications and Requirements:
1、Three plus years of experience in maintenance onsite works and people managment
三年以上维修工作及现场人员管理经验
2、College degree in Mechanical or Electrical
大学本科，机械或电气类专业
3、Knowledge in production maintenance field such as utility equipment and press or welding equipment etc
具备设施类设备及冲压，焊接类设备领域的生产运行维护
4、Had more maintenance sense on downtime reducing management.
具备专注于如何减少维修的停机时间管理意识
5、Cost saving sense, planning well to reduce the overtime working and spare part control
成本控制，计划并实施去减少加班浪费，控制备件使用量
6、Verbal English is needed, Oral English is preferred.
具备书面英语能力，如具备口语交流优先
7、Good communication and negotiation skill
良好的沟通及协调能力


具体职责 Job Details：
1、Responsible for all the equipment maintenance in the whole plant;
负责全工厂电气及液压设备的维护
2、Implement PM to make sure normal operations and optimized the PM according to the current condition;
根据使用反馈问题完成预检，并实时更新预防性维护。
3、Keep record of maintenance in precise way and provide monthly down time data;
做好维修记录，提供月度停机数据；
4、Make good use of spare parts, keep good sense of cost conrol;
正确应用好备件，控制成本；
5、Timely deal with all kinds of records, emails and other materials;
及时的处理好各种记录，邮件及其它材料；
6、Make sure utility equipment running smoothly and reliably;
确保辅助设施运行平稳及可靠
7、Provide suggestions for better operation of the equipment;
提供优化设备操作的建议
8、Make sure all work done according to safety requirements;
确保所有工作符合安全操作规程；
9. Lead and arrange onsite maintenance technicians daily work, weekly and monthly plan。
领导及安排现场技师的日常工作,完成周及月度计划。
10. Able to work smart, could response during the night shift or holidays if there is some urgent works.
适应灵活工作，能够在夜班或休息日出现紧急情况时及时有效的反应。
11.Evaluate the onsite maintenance tech. performance and skill category.
评估现场技师的绩效，技能评定。
12. Other works asigned by manager.
