职位描述：
Primary Responsibilities:

? Lead EHS integration activities and meet integration close out deadline
? Develop and maintain EHS programs consistent with GE Framework.
? Manage Injury & Illness cases, introduce and monitor programs for reduction of injury rate.
? Identification, coordination and completion of all EHS Regulatory training.
? Develop an audit & inspection program, ensure audit findings identified and closed within business timeframe.
? Perform EHS culture survey, develop and implement action plan to improve EHS working environment.
? Develop contractor management program.
? Maintain security processes to GE requirements.
? Develop proactive health initiatives.
? Provide EHS support to all business areas – including customer requirements.
? Manage EHS resources effectively.
? Share EHS expertise and provide support to other sites among Shenyang platform.

Qualifications Required:
? University graduate with EHS or technical background
? At least 3-4years EHS experience at Multinational Companies
? Enough knowledge of local EHS legislation
? Fluent oral and written English skill
? Good communication/influencing skills

Autonomy and decision making responsibility
Works with a very high level of autonomy and is fully responsible for:
? Site EHS Program
? EHS Training
? Influencing EHS culture

External & internal contacts
? Regulatory agencies
? Customer EHS representatives
? Staff, Managers and employees.
? Contractor representatives.
