职位描述：
1. Manage freight agency company, transportation enquiry and reconciliation at the end of each month;
管理货代、运输询价、月末对账；
2. Follow shipment and arrival;
提货到货跟踪；
3. Handling Imported and Exported activities including custom;
处理进出口货物的相关事宜包括海关；
4. Handling activities with freight agency company, like complains;
处理与货代之间的业务，投诉问题；
5. Update international transportation fee monthly in time;
每月及时更新国际运输费用；
6. Check invoice with customers;
负责与客户之间的发票核对；
7. Perform any other duties assigned by Superior.
完成领导安排的其它工作。

职位要求：
Education: College and above education level, Logistics major preferred.
教育背景：大专及以上学历，物流专业优先。
Professional Skill: Good communication and implement skill; knowledge of import and export formalities; basic knowledge of QMS and EMS.
专业技能：良好的沟通和执行能力；进出口手续知识；质量和环境管理体系基本知识。
Working Experience: Minimum 2 years import and export formality experience.
工作经验：至少2年进出口手续经验。
Computer Skill：Good computer skill (Word, Excel).
计算机技能：良好计算机能力（Word, Excel）。
Language Skill: Good English (spoken and written).
