职位描述：
1) 主持采购部日常工作，对供货质量、进度、配套及采购成本严格控制。
2) 根据采购计划组织采购，遵守“无计划不采购”的原则。
3) 负责审查采购员对于请购单的处理，以及采购订单的审查确认。
4) 检查监督采购员的工作完成情况，按月对采购员的工作情况做出评价。
5) 根据合同和公司有关规定，安排人员处理向供应商的追索事宜。
6) 对供应商的交货周期、服务水平进行记录、统计和分析，作为评价供应商服务能力的依据。
7) 对供应商的质量控制，接收品管部的质量记录并定期统计分析，作为评价供应商质量状况的依据。
8) 对采购单据、对账单、采购发票的准确性，以及数据的真实性负责。
9) 主持采购跟单工作，主持编制每天的《采购未交货明细表》。
10) 主持与供应商的对账工作。
11) 根据财务部的付款预算安排付款。 举报 分享
