岗位职责：
Job Responsibilities：




1、负责接待到访客户，挖掘客户实际需求，帮助客户了解公司的服务，提供个性化课程咨询；
1.Responsible for the hot-line and the reservation from the clients,learning their actual needs,introducing them the services of the company and offer personalized course consultation;




2、接待上门来访的客户并帮助学员安排学习计划，进行有效的沟通，了解学员的学习需求，推荐合适的“体验式课程”；
2.Dealing with clients and arranging study schedule for them.Introducing appropriate course"according to their study requirement via effective communication;




3、为学员制定切合实际的学习和进步方案，以顾问方式完成课程销售。
3.Drawing up practical study plan for clients,accomplishing assignment as course consultant.




任职资格：

Job Requirements:




1 、本科以上学历，英语四级以上水平，有一定英语口语基础；
1.Univercity degree or above,cet-4 or above ,fluent spoken English;




2 、形象气质佳，有亲和力；有一年以上销售或咨询相关工作经验；
2. genuine appearance,amiable;at least 1years experiences in marketing or consulting;




3 、愿意接受挑战，能够承担工作压力；
3.Willing to embrace challenge,be able to stand the pressure;




4、有强烈进取心，能承受工作压力，完成并超越课程销售任务。
4.Self-motivated enough to accomplish and over-completing the assignments.
