工作职责：
1、负责绍兴培训中心整体运营管理；
2、依据公司下达的任务，制定并完成中心业绩目标；
3、帮助、指导中心各团队成员提升工作绩效，完成所在中心的教学、销售、客户服务等工作任务；
4、负责收集市场及竞争对手动态，并提出解决方案；
5、主动制定并不断完善产品策略和销售策略；
6、负责与各合作伙伴及有关部门建立、维持良好合作关系，确保业务正常运作；
7、负责所在中心的成本控制在预算及合理范围内。

任职要求：
1、 本科以上学历，5年以上工作经验，具有企业全面经营经验或3年以上销售、市场管理工作经验，并具备良好的绩效；
2、 具有系统的管理思路，具备较强的推动力和执行力；
3、 具有良好的综合素质，逻辑思维清晰，良好的语言表达能力和团队感召力；
4、 具备成就动机，较强的抗压能力。
