我公司是外资企业，主要从事服装出口业务。公司注册在上海。由于近期业务发展迅速，现在招聘袜子方面的验货员，需有3年以上外贸验货经验，熟悉袜子的制作流程及工艺特点，熟悉AQL抽样标准。有一定英语基础者， 常驻诸暨，主要工作职责：
1） 常驻诸暨，负责袜子验货。
2） 按照客户要求以及公司的验货流程对大货进行中／尾期检验。
3） 在制造过程之前和期间提供QA的建议给工厂
4） 检查样品的产品规范来确保产品满足客户的质量标准
5） 提供业务员、工厂和客户的技术支持,,以确保产品质量
6） 完成管理人员指派的其他职责
7） 做出公平的判断以避免索赔并帮助工厂提高产品质量
8） 良好的团队合作精神
9） 领导要求的其他任务
Responsibilities
1. Conduct in-line and final product inspections against customers' quality manuals
- Fill in in-line and final inspection report, after checking sample
- Inspect materials, parts, components and products for color, labels and overall quality
- Review shipment samples
- Solve minor quality issues with factories
2. Provide QA advice to factories before and during the manufacturing process
- Common activities include:
- Check if materials used for bulk production are within minimum requirements
- Anticipate quality issues that may arise in the manufacturing process
3. Check samples against product specifications to ensure that they meet customers' quality standards
- Common activities include:
- Inspect samples (sub-assembly product samples, pilot-run samples or customers' samples) on materials, parts, components etc.
4. Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories and customers to ensure product quality
- Common activities include:
- Answer merchandisers' enquiries on quality and material issues
- Give suggestions to factories based on factory capacity and availability of machinery to ensure product quality
5. Perform other duties as assigned by Management
6. Make fair judge to avoid claims and help factories improve product, quality in long term.

Beconnected China is a Shanghai based trading company with European management.
We are part of the Erve group, a company started in Belgium 30 years ago, who has over 50 license and sells garments to the major retailer in the market. Beconnected has 4 offices in India, Bangladesh, China and Ethiopia. We are a trading and sourcing office. We also have our company Beconnected Industrial, a label and print factory in Ethiopia. We offer professional know how of sourcing, buying and producing in the Far East & Africa. The Shanghai office is handling the sales for Europe and production in Asia and will look where orders can be produced the best.
In Shanghai we are located since 2008 and we have a team of 30 people.
