负责顾问行销业务及保单相关行政支持。Be responsible for the admin support for Agency business and policy admin..
保单行政方面 Policy admin
1.照会、保单、通知单、保费催交单等保单相关文件发放到销售人员或AM主管。Distribute notes, policies, notices, premium reminders and related materials to sales or AM
2.签收回执收取并核实签名后录入系统回执签名日期。Receive return receipt and verify the signature, and then entry the date to system
3.续收报表的打印及分发，续收结果的跟进。Print and distribute retention report, and retention follow up
4.负责实施非在职保单的分配行政工作 responsible for implementing the non-job policy distribution admin
招募行政方面 Recruiting admin
1. MCS2名单整理、邀请电话、资料准备、主持并布置会场，结果通报给前线 Sort out MCS2 list, phone invitation, materials preparation, host and layout the venue, and communicate the result to the frontline
2. MS1资料准备、跟候选人及面谈官沟通时间，安排MS1；MS1资料管理；候选人身份确认并负责引领 MS1 materials preparation, arrange interview time with candidate and interviewer, arrange MS1; MS1 materials management; lead identified candidates to interview
3. MS2资料准备、跟候选人及面谈官沟通时间，安排MS2；MS2资料管理；候选人身份确认并负责引领MS2 materials preparation, arrange interview time with candidate and interviewer, arrange MS21; MS21 materials management; lead identified candidates to interview
4.Offer的制作及发放. Offer preparation and distribution
5.招募关键指标报表数据统计与分析。 Recruitment KPI report stat. and analysis.
