Main Job
- Monitor status of schedules & release to supplier base.
- Expedite and ensure adequate supply of materials to daily support production Plans.
- Responsible for setting and monitoring Vendor base actual Spend verses Target.
- Track supplier delivery credibility & have primary responsibility for supplier performance.
- Identify stock discrepancies to Cycle count Team for further investigation and resolution.
- Assume responsibility for Setting and Maintenance of Planning Parameters for all methods of Procurement.
- Responsible for inventory levels of material from suppliers.

- Seek continuous improvements relating to Inventory reduction method.
- Support New Product introduction ensuring effective introduction of new parts.

Requirement
- Minimum 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, at least 2 years as Material Planner.
- Good command of English in oral and written
- Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering or related
- Minimum 2 years experience of SAP.
- Able to translate supplier schedules into production activity
- Good communication skills, in particular good telephone manner

Sunny World (Shaoxing) Green Lighting Co.,Ltd ("SWSX") is a new company of OSRAM GmbH, it was established in 2007 with total capital of USD 43.8 million. SWSX locates in Pao Jiang Industrial Zone of Shaoxing City (10km to city area, 30km to Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport, 120km to Ningbo Sea port and 250km to Shanghai). SWSX has a total factory area of 170k sqm, so far, Phase 1 construction of the factory was finished (whole construction project will be implemented into 4 phases), which provide a total production and living area of 100k sqm, including facilities of administration building, production buildings, dormitories and canteens. SWSX will be built to the main base plant of Energy Saving Lighting manufacturing of OSRAM, e.g. CFLi and LED.

新和（绍兴）绿色照明有限公司（以下简称“新和绍兴”）成立于2007年，注册资本4380万美元，是德国欧司朗公司在中国建立的独资公司，选址于浙江省绍兴市袍江工业区（距绍兴市中心10km，距杭州萧山机场及宁波港分别为30km和120km，距上海250km）。新和绍兴厂区占地面积17万平方米，目前一期工程已经完成（整个工程项目预计分四期完成），已有近10万平方米的办公、生产和生活（食堂及宿舍）设施投入使用。全部项目建成后，新和绍兴将成为欧司朗公司主要的节能照明产品制造基地，产品包括电子节能灯、LED等。
