Main responsibilities:
Effective management of production activities in production line, including personnel, planning, production capacity, workspace, production environment, facility, technology, quality, cost of production
对生产线的生产活动进行有效管理，包括人员、计划、产能、现场、生产环境、设备、工艺、质量、生产成本。

Take responsibility for procuction planning, facility management, staff training, processing technology, quality control, cost control
Take responsibility for workspace management, information management
Analysis and statistics produciton data and implement improvements
Warning the uncertain factors and risky may occur in the procdution process
Implement the employee labor protection measures
Perfect and maintain the production process
Accomplish some temporary assignment
- 负责生产线的生产计划、产能计划、设备管理、人员培训、加工工艺、质量控制、成本控制
- 负责生产线现场管理、信息管理
- 生产数据进行统计分析，并实施改进
- 对生产中可能出现的不确定因素、风险提出预警
- 员工劳动保护措施的落实
- 生产流程的完善及维护
- 完成部分临时指派的任务

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, equivalent in mechanical or electronics Engineering
- Very Good English in communication
- Skillful computer operations
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit and organizational ability
- Production line management experience
- 本科以上学历，机械或电气工程类以及相关专业
- 熟练的英语沟通能力
- 熟练的计算机操作能力
- 具有较强的沟通技巧、团队合作精神和组织能力
