工作职责：
1. 根据公司要求，制定，执行和控制市场部预算
2. 根据预算，制定和落实销售终端的管理规范和具体方案
3. 管理和监督促销员培训
4. 根据预算，制定和落实公共关系和市场推广翻案（展会等）
5. 根据预算，制定和落实季节性促销方案
6. 协调财务，销售，售后，研发以及工厂对市场部的配合，以确保市场部工作的顺利进行
7. 和意大利市场部沟通，落实品牌的引进和推广
任职要求：
1. 5年以上家电或厨卫行业背景
2. 英文听说读写流利
3. 外资企业工作经历优先
