工作职责(Job description)

人员管理

招聘及面试新的操作工

培训操作工及班长,及时更新技能矩阵

每月对操作工的绩效进行评估并给出考核结果

通过各种方法保持队伍的凝聚力和稳定性,如激励,面谈等.

订单履行及生产任务管理

每周和物流部门一起制订生产任务

每天根据生产状况及时调整生产任务,例如安排加班,安排换线,人员调整等.

每天和班长召开例会,总结和了解当班生产状况.

每天利用SAP系统对产线的生产状况进行监控.

产线及现场管理

巡视机器设备的运行情况,运用AM 相关方法对设备进行有效管理。

产线相关的EH&S 管理

及时和其它部门如物流,质量,仓库等进行沟通,处理产线的一些突发状况.

运用各种精益方法和手段对产线进行优化改造,消除各种浪费.

Head Count management

Recruit and interview new operator

Train operator and Line leader, update the skill matrix timely

Monthly operator performance check (bonus related, )

Maintain the cohesion and stability of the team through a variety of methods, such as incentives, individual talking

Order fulfill and production plan

Make weekly production plan together with Logistic department

Adjust production plan based on the situation, including H/C, Overtime, change over etc.

Daily meeting with line leader

Monitor the production line by SAP.

Line supervision

Inspect machine situation, and manage the equipment with AM Method.

Communication with other dept. like LOG, Quality and WH etc for some unexpected cases.

EH&S in line

Use WCM tools or knowledge to reduce all kinds of Muda in line.
