Responsibility :

1. Process conformance to Quality Management System requirements, guaranteeing all documentation filing and retrieval

2. Correct use, efficiency and effectiveness of activities and procedures of the QMS

3. Non conformance management through root cause identification and corrective and preventive action implementation to restore the quality level. Extend to similar processes and products where applicable.

4. Awareness of all plant personnel about customer specific quality requirements

5. Customer deviation and waiver management

6. Quality indicator monitoring (customer PPM, internal PPM, COPQ, audit score) in order to implement corrective actions and prevent negative drifts

7. Define and manage control plans

8. Knowledge and use of adequate statistic tools in the plant

9. Participate and promotes the use of process FMEAs to prevent failures and risks

10. Corporate Quality representative in the plant in order to guarantee the customer satisfaction and quality system compliance

11. Flawless launch of new/modified product and processes using APQP approach
