Position: Senior Auditor
Report to: Global QA Director & China General Manager
Location: ShaoXing, ZheJiang Province
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with management and factories on the pre-audit schedules
2. On-site audits of suppliers/factories to ensure they operate under the Chinese National and local labor laws and customer's Code of Conduct.
3. Objectively in audit; Write and submit the audit reports after each audit
4. Review the CAP, follow up with factories on the improvement status based on the timeline set;
5. Able to offer practical approaches/suggestions to help factories solve non-compliance issues and make improvements.
6. Attend customers' trainings for new requirements and share/educate with associates/factories
7. Do supplier/factory training when needed;
8. Based in ShaoXing, frequent travel is required.



Jbo Requirements:
-At least 3 years on-site audit/inspecting experience with manufacturing factories for major US retailers such as Walmart, Target, Dollar General, Kohl's, etc.
-Good knowledge of local and National labor laws/regulations, workplace health and safety regulations and environmental laws in China
-Familiar with the local labor laws and regulations within China
-Bachelor or above; Good at reading and writing in English as the working language. CET 4.
-Good in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PDF etc;
-High degree of integrity and professionalism.
-Sensitive to details, Critical thinking; Effective communicator; Team player.
