Essential Functions (Responsibilities)
- Monitor supplier PPM on a monthly basis
- When requested, for specific Suppliers, review the production plans to check all activities are ongoing according to schedule to meet the requested delivery dates, reporting eventual deviation to Purchasing Organization
- Manage samples approval with dedicated ISIR, PPAP before release material for shipment.
岗位职责：
1. 审计新的供应商，评估供应商组织和质量体系。
2. 定期审查供应商质量体系，持续发展和改进供应商的质量体系。
3. 及时处理由供应商引起的产品质量问题，并将有关资料提交相关部门。
4. 每月对供应商的PPM 进行监控。
5. 与采购和物流部门合作，为供应商绩效不断改进制定发展策略。
6. 对于特殊的供应商，能够通过检查生产计划确保产品能够在预定交货期内交货并将最终结果提交给采购部。
7. 确保供应商提供的产品完全符合Comer的质量标准（NSQ/CIS）。
8. 在货物装船前，确保样品符合ISIR/PPAP.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Engineering required
- Relevant (3 years plus) experience in quality roles within a mechanical industry. Knowledge of the processes of machining, forgings and/or castings, quality and safety standards.
- Structured, analytical way of working, motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment
- Languages: fluent English speaking
任职要求：
1. 本科以上学历，机械工程专业优先。
2. 3年以上机械行业相关岗位经验。熟悉铸件及锻件产品的加工流程、质量及安全标准。
3. 对工作有积极性，有团队合作精神，有较强的实施能力以及解决问题的能力。
