工作内容：

1、开发新的装置来匹配现有设备或改造现有设备，以满足新产品和新工艺开发和生产需要；

2、开发新的自动化和半自动化工装或小型设备，为产品组装生产减少人工、提高效率，为灌装生产提高设备性能、提高设备安全性和降低原料损耗；

3、协助产品研发工程师一起解决新产品生产中出现的模具问题、生产稳定性和可行性问题；

4、和产品和机器调试技师、设备维护维修技师一起分析生产过程中出现的疑难问题，并提供方案建议，必要时协助一起实施；

5、为新产品设计所需要的密封成型模具、模切刀模、热力成型和冲压模具，并改良现有模具结构；

6、管理以上的新设备、工装和模具的设计、加工、调试相关过程，按照产品开发和生产要求的时间制定计划，并保证实施和完成进度。

1、To develop new device to matching the current equipment or directly modify the it, so as to meet the R & D requirements of new products and new process.

2、Develop new automatic and semi-atomization device or equipment, to improve job efficient by reducing assembly operators, enhance equipment performance, and reduce raw material wastage.

3、Assist R & D engineer to solve the problems of mould, production stability and feasibility for new product production.

4、Analysis the difficulties with machine adjustment technicians and maintenance technicians ,and provide suggestions or assist for implementation if necessary.

5、Design die-cut mould, sealing and forming mould, thermoform ( blister ) mould for new products, and improve the current mould.

6、Manage the concerning design, processing and adjustment working of above mentioned equipment, device and mould , draw up a plan according to time limitation for product development and production to ensure the implementation and completion schedule.

岗位要求：

1、机械设计制造及其自动化专业，或机械工程类相近专业，大专及以上文化程度，机械原理和电气控制基础良好；

2、有2年以上时间的工装夹具设计、模具设计或机电设备设计工作经验；

3、能看懂和书写日常工作中的英文邮件和英文报告；

4、了解机械零件的机加工工艺,熟悉加工后零件的验收标准。

1、Majored in mechanical design, manufacturing and automation, mechanical engineering or similar major , junior college degree above, with good basis of mechanics and electricity controlling engineering.

2、At least two years working experience at device design, mould design or electromechanic machines design.

3、Basic reading and writing ability for the daily work of the e-mail and report in English.

4、Have certain knowledge of machining process for normal machinery parts, and know the examination and acceptation standard after processing.
