In order to support the high speed growth, PEER China now invites high caliber personnel to take up the position of Engineering Service Manager. The position will be located in Xinchang and report to the Director of Engineering.

Job Summary

As part of Research and Development organization, lead an Engineering Service team, cooperate with global Product Management team and Central Purchasing team to identify new business opportunities, translate customer requirement into technical specification and ensure product meets customer expectation.

Key Responsibilities

· As part of Research and Development organization, lead an Engineering Service team to provide Engineering Service to organization.

· Cooperate with global Product Management team to study market and customer requirement.

· Work together with Central Purchasing team to access supplier technical capabilities.

· Translate customer requirement into technical specification.

· Work together with other teams in R&D Center to design, test and analyze product to ensure product meet customer expectation.

Required Experience, Knowledge and Skills

· Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering (bearing, mechanical design or manufacturing etc.)

· Minimum 5 years bearing industry working experience.

· Strong experience in technical field with well rounded knowledge of bearing application, design and manufacturing processes etc.

· Proficient in English.

· Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

· Creative and team worker.
