Job Responsibility:
1.Define, implement, monitor and evaluation production processes and cycles.
2. Design tools, equipment, machines, accessories for assembly line, paint line, tests and other manufacturing processes.
3.Provide technical support for the assembly line, paint line, product tests and other manufacturing processes.
4.Responsible for new equipment introduction of assessment, initial erection work; Assist the production department to solve engineering abnormal problem.
5. Prepare new project for plant shop, follow up, evaluation and acceptance, as CNC project
6.Propose and implement modifications and plant investments on the production processes
7.Develop and sustain continuous improvement of the manufacturing lines
1、制定工艺流程和生产周期，监督执行并评估
2、根据工艺流程，为装配线、喷漆线、产品测试等工艺设计工具、装备、配件
3、对生产装配、喷漆线、产品测试等制造过程提供技术支持
4、负责新设备引进评估、初期架设工作；协助生产部门解决工程异常问题
5、车间新建项目的筹备、跟进、评估，比如CNC项目
6、对工厂的生产流程提出改进建议并实施
7、维持产线的持续改进

Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical engineering.
At least 5 years working experience as a manufacturing engineer，priority to leadership experience for manufacturing supervisor
Be conversant with all phases of production drawings.
Fluent in English both oral and written
Professional matured & communication skills with
本科及以上学历，机械或工程专业背景
至5年机械行业制造工程师职位工作经验，有工程部主管经验者优先
精通生产图纸
熟练的英语表达能力，能在英语环境下工作
熟练的沟通和管理能力
