We have a lot of socks orders from several clients in Europe license and non-license. We need a person who will work full time in the Zhuji area to do the negotiations, follow up orders and can help us to further extent our hosiery business. We aim for once a week a visit to Shanghai office to stay connected to our team and client.
Key Requirements：
？ 1.Negotiation about price/delivery date/quality
？ 2.Sourcing new factories
？ 3.Check critical path and keep customer/supplier informed about steps to follow to ensure on time delivery
？ 4.Push suppliers/customers for approvals of send lab dips/fabric's/samples actively
？ 5.To guide business partners on sourcing trips when required
？ 6.Ensure samples are submitted and conduct sample evaluation in terms of fitting, measurement, construction / making method, workmanship & functional performance.
？ 7.Provide technical support to clients, factories and colleagues, in order to achieve high standard products.
？ 8.Check if the quality of the material, trims, and accessories etc. used are correct and according the customer/European standards.
？ 9.Join and prepare buying meeting
？ 10.Keep daily administration accurate in MIS and in your files
？ 11.Arrange QC bookings and prepare QC packages for inspections
？ 12.Foresee the problems during order follow up(before production), solve problem with factories or customers independently or help team leader to solve
？ 13.Good team work spirit
？ 14.Other related things request from the leader

Key Knowledge/Experience:
？ 1.University Graduated with passed certificate in English Language grade 6 or above.
？ 2.Experienced merchandiser. Must have been responsible for production in hosiery and order follow up independently. Must have at least 2 years experience with the European market.
？ 3.BSCI/Oekotex/Reach knowledge/experience.
？ 4.Someone with good social skills
？ 5.Good product knowledge of hosiery products.
？ 6.Able to communicate efficiency both written and verbal English.

The Shanghai office is handling the sales for Europe and production in Asia and will look where orders can be produced the best.
In Shanghai we are located since 2008 and we have a team of 30 people.
