配合副总完成策划执行报告的撰写，执行项目策划运作，并实施品控（广告、新闻、道具、物料）
1、具备建筑及房产行业基础知识，熟悉房地产营销推广全过程
2、具有较强的管理协调营销类供应商能力
3、较强的语言表达、文字处理、办公软件操作能力，良好的团队合作意识好沟通技巧
4、能够承担阶段性较强的工作压力。
